Frog Lake First Nation fire department continues to provide an essential community emergency public safety service. Today, the community continues to be fortunate to have several active and dedicated “Firefighters”.

In today’s fire service, the role of the “Community Volunteer Firefighter” has become increasingly demanding. Factors such as changing lifestyles, government regulations, operational requirements, public safety, litigation, etc., require the Community Volunteer Firefighter to be more skilled and knowledgeable.

The teams of dedicated Firefighters have and continue to be a major factor in providing a high standard of community fire rescue services. The fire department is currently in the process of recruiting more community members who are prepared to commit to the requirements of the Community Volunteer Firefighter.
